Since 2018, the company has been building multi-apartment residential and non-residential complexes and commercial real estate.

In Zaporizhzhia, the company successfully implemented the Comfort City residential complex and finished three projects during the war: the KVARTAL residential complex, the modern UniClinic medical center, and the Vidnova multifunctional complex. As of today, the company building the Atmosphere Club quarter in the historic city center.

In 2022, the company expanded its operations and is building investment projects in the West of the country. The Smart House apartment complex – is currently in development in the center of Lviv and is in the final stages of construction. The Smart Hill apartment complex – is being successfully built in the Carpathian city of Yaremche. And in the suburb of Slavsko, Snesar began the development of the new – GORA Forest Complex, a recreation complex based on Boyko culture.
