Since 2018, the company has been developing residential complexes, medical centers, and income-generating real estate. In Zaporizhzhia, SENSAR has completed Comfort City residential complex and, already during the full-scale war, Kvartal residential complex, the full-cycle UniClinic medical center, and the Vidnova mixed-use complex.

Since 2022, the company has expanded its activities to Western Ukraine. In Lviv, the Smart House apart-complex has been completed. In Yaremche, the Smart Hill apart-complex is at the final stage of construction. In the suburbs of Slavske, construction is underway on Forest Complex GORA, inspired by the Boyko cultural style.

In Kyiv, SENSAR is developing Smart City, a Comfort-class residential complex with Business-level infrastructure.

In Uzhhorod, several major projects are actively under construction: THE FIVE, a 16-storey hotel with 5-star-level service; Smart Story residential complex; and Central Park, the largest residential quarter in Zakarpattia – a city within a city with its own riverside promenade.
