SENSAR Development was included in the list of the “Top 100 Developers of Ukraine” according to LUN based on the results of 2025. This is the first time the company has received this recognition. Among the 1,500 largest developers in the country, SENSAR entered the Top 100 and ranked 25th among the participants.

The award ceremony took place during the LUN Awards 2026 gala evening. According to LUN, companies from the Top 100 list are collectively implementing 22% of all active residential projects in Ukraine. Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, these developers have launched sales of 44% of all new apartments on the primary market and commissioned 47% of new housing. Being among them means responsibility and trust — values we deeply appreciate.
