Our company held another Invest Forum: Real Estate — an event created by the team to strengthen cooperation within the development market and support the growth of the professional community. The forum became a place where industry participants could exchange experience, discuss trends, and gain new insights for working in a time of rapid change.

This time, Invest Forum: Real Estate took place on November 27 at Unit City in Kyiv and gathered around 350 participants — developers, investors, realtors, entrepreneurs, and 30 speakers. Each of them represents a strong voice in the industry, shaping both its present and its future. Their speeches, discussions, and personal stories became a concentrated source of insights that participants took with them to continue building a progressive real estate market in Ukraine.

As part of the event, the SENSAR Development team also joined a charity initiative for the Children of Heroes foundation. During the auction, UAH 125,000 was raised for Christmas gifts for children who lost their parents because of the war.
