SENSAR Development proudly presented its new flagship project in Uzhhorod — Central Park, the largest residential quarter in Zakarpattia. This is not just a residential complex, but a true city within a city with its own riverside promenade, creating a new quality of life, new opportunities for residents, and a new dynamic for the city’s development.

The project presentation took place during Invest Forum: Real Estate, which we also had the honor of organizing. It was there that we first introduced the Central Park concept to a wide professional audience — and received a strong response from the market.

We developed the architectural concept of the project together with AIMM Group, one of the country’s most progressive architectural bureaus. Together, we laid the foundation for a modern urban environment where space, infrastructure, nature, and safety are harmoniously combined.
