On December 12, 2024, the Ukrainian Building Awards took place — an event that became a platform for communication among 500 CEOs and owners of development businesses, architects, and investors. Representatives of SENSAR also attended the event.

Our efforts and consistent work in the field of income-generating real estate development in 2024 were recognized, and our team won in the nomination “Leader in Creating Income-Generating Real Estate in Ukraine”.

In the center of Lviv, we completed the Smart House apart-complex, which is successfully operating under the management of our company. In Yaremche, the Smart Hill apart-complex is confidently approaching the final stage of construction, and work has also begun on the Smart Well project. Near Slavske, we are developing the Forest Complex GORA recreational complex inspired by the heritage of Boyko culture. In Zakarpattia, construction is underway on THE FIVE, a 16-storey hotel in the center of Uzhhorod with 5-star-level service. In the same city, we have also started the construction of Smart Story residential complex. We are also actively developing our first project in Kyiv — Smart City, a Comfort-class residential complex with Business-level internal infrastructure.
