On July 25, Invest Forum: Real Estate took place in Uzhhorod — an event that our SENSAR Development team had the honor of organizing for the second time. The forum brought together 300+ industry professionals from across Ukraine, including investors, developers, architects, representatives of the public sector, and local businesses.

This year’s forum became much more than a platform for sharing experience. It was a landmark professional event that highlighted a key shift: Western Ukraine is becoming a new center of investment attraction. That is why this year’s forum was held not in Kyiv, but in Uzhhorod.

A special highlight for participants was the presentation of our new project — Central Park in Uzhhorod, the largest residential quarter in Zakarpattia. This is our response to the needs of today: a modern, thoughtfully designed “city within a city” with its own infrastructure, including everything necessary for daily life — from a school and clinic to its own McDonald’s and a shopping center with Silpo. The project is already being implemented, and we were glad to share it with the professional community.

Holding Invest Forum: Real Estate in Uzhhorod is another step toward rethinking development in Ukraine. We brought together market leaders, created a space for open dialogue, and confirmed an important trend: those who invest not only in square meters, but also in community, infrastructure, and values, are shaping the new rules of the game. This is exactly the kind of developer we strive to be.
