SENSAR Development joined the Ukrainian Building Congress UBS 2026
SENSAR Development took part in the Ukrainian Building Congress UBS 2026 — one of the key events for Ukraine’s construction and development industry, held on June 23 at KVC Parkovy in Kyiv.
This year, the congress brought together more than 4,200 participants — developers, architects, investors, manufacturers, business representatives, and government officials — to discuss the future of Ukrainian cities, new approaches to development, and the reconstruction of the country.
Mark Marchenko, Founder and CEO of SENSAR Development, joined the panel discussion “Evolution of the Developer 2027”, where he shared the company’s experience in implementing large-scale development projects amid today’s challenges, as well as his vision for the development of Ukrainian cities in the coming years.
The congress focused on attracting capital for the country’s recovery, transforming the development business, navigating the new regulatory reality and urban planning documentation, and advancing the development of communities and industrial parks as the foundation of future reconstruction.
For our team, participation in events like this is an opportunity to share expertise and engage in a dialogue about what Ukrainian cities will look like tomorrow. Because it is through the exchange of experience, partnership, and the joint search for solutions that the future of modern Ukrainian development is formed.
