SENSAR Development Took Part in the First Odesa Investment Congress
On July 10, the SENSAR Development team joined the Odesa Investment Congress — a major industry event that brought together 300 developers, investors, architects, government representatives, and experts. The participants discussed the future of Ukrainian cities, new investment opportunities, and the development of the real estate sector amid the country’s reconstruction.
Mark Marchenko, Founder and CEO of SENSAR Development, spoke on two discussion panels.
During the panel “Medical Development and Wellness: Investment, Human-Centred Architecture, and Rehabilitation Spaces of the Future,” participants explored new approaches to creating centres that combine modern medicine, rehabilitation, wellness, and a comfortable environment for people.
Mark shared his experience in medical development through the large-scale construction and management of Uniclinic, a full-service medical centre in Zaporizhzhia. The project incorporates complex architectural and technological solutions, medical innovations, client-centred service, and its own comprehensive infrastructure.
Mark also took part in the discussion “Ukrainian Development: New Investment in the Regions,” where he and other experts explored the investment potential of Ukraine’s regions, current industry challenges, and new opportunities available to developers today.
In addition to participating in the discussions, the SENSAR Development team presented its own stand at the congress. Visitors had the opportunity to learn more about the company’s projects across Ukraine and receive consultations on available investment opportunities.
The Odesa Investment Congress became a platform for open dialogue between businesses, public authorities, and industry experts on the future of Ukrainian real estate development.
For SENSAR Development, participating in events like this is an opportunity to share its expertise and help shape new approaches to the development of Ukrainian cities, the investment ecosystem, and modern real estate.
