The Third Invest Forum by SENSAR Development: How a Large-Scale Investment Event Took Place in Kyiv
Organizing large-scale meetings today is a real challenge. In a time of war and emergency power outages, not every organizer is ready to host traditional events. But not SENSAR Development. The development company has repeatedly shown strong decision-making in difficult times, and its ability to work despite unstable conditions has proven useful both in real estate development and in organizing educational business events.
The Invest Forum. Setup in Kyiv was no exception for the company. Understanding that investors and business owners need clear answers, relevant forecasts, and a conscious understanding of how such meetings contribute to the growth of Ukraine’s investment community motivated SENSAR Development to hold a major investment event despite today’s challenges.
On June 19, everything took place at KVC Parkovy: 8 hours of content, unlimited networking, 1,000+ participants, and countless practical cases from various investment fields. The stage featured 18 top speakers, and this became one of the forum’s main strengths, as they shared real experience and solutions that work.
Forum speakers included:
- Mykhailo Podoliak — Advisor to the Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, political and anti-crisis manager. He answered questions currently concerning both business and investors, and shared whether business should be a priority for the government today. He also provided his own assessment of the recent summit in Switzerland and forecasts on how it may affect business and investment in Ukraine.
- Ihor Mazepa — CEO of Concorde Capital. He shared recommendations on where private investors should invest during wartime.
- Taras Kytsmei — co-founder and member of the Board of Directors at SoftServe. He raised an important topic of leadership and spoke about practical cases from his own company management experience.
- Andrii Onistrat — officer of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, father of many children, former Chairman of the Supervisory Board, bank owner, and Ironman. He spoke about the reality of war and the urgent need for trained leaders in different areas of society and business in Ukraine. During his speech, SENSAR also announced a fundraising initiative for two KVERTUS MS AZIMUTH stations to detect enemy UAVs for the 5th Separate Assault Brigade in the Bakhmut direction.
- Oleg Psiuk — frontman of KALUSH and KALUSH ORCHESTRA, Eurovision 2022 winner, businessman, producer, and musician. He shared his path to success, which requires not only strong dedication but also constant productivity and an understanding of how to achieve it.
- Mark Marchenko — CEO and Founder of SENSAR Development. In his speech, he spoke about the transformation of the real estate market over the past two years and the factors that influenced it. He also discussed the rapid growth of income-generating real estate and its key benefits for investors compared with traditional residential real estate. During his speech, Mark Marchenko presented a new SENSAR project in Kyiv — Smart City residential complex.
Equally powerful speeches were delivered by:
- Erik Naiman — Managing Partner of the investment company HUG’S.
- Dmytro Karpilovskyi — trader and author of the book.
- Dmytro Karpilovskyi — founder of Ukraine’s largest investor community, UkrInvestClub.
- Olena Unanian — Development Director at LUN.
- Yuliia Kosenko — Operations Director at Ribas Hotels Group.
A separate part of the forum was a panel discussion on the strategy of modern business in Ukraine. Its participants included:
- Nikita Dobrynin — professional TV and radio host with 15 years of experience, author of the unique public speaking project “Workout Dobrynina”.
- Myroslava Kozachuk — franchise trendsetter in Ukraine, Eastern Europe, and Central Asia.
- Ivanna Antoniuk — financial consultant, financial literacy and investment lecturer, owner of Ukraine’s first accredited academy of personal finance, Freedom Capital.
- Viktoriia Mova — owner of two real estate agencies, VDоmus, with offices in Kyiv and Dubai. She discussed whether today’s business should wait for better times or take active action.
For SENSAR Development, Invest Forum. Setup became the third annual investment forum. Each year, the organizers note increasingly higher demand and a higher quality of guest and speaker interaction — and an even greater growth in influence. That is why the team already confidently states that the next investment event will be no less powerful and useful. Of course, with the hope that it will take place in peaceful times and during an economic rise for our country, where investors and business owners will need new approaches and solutions in a new reality.
